0 LI SOUTHERN NEBRASKA RURAL PUBLIC POWER DISTRICT IRRIGATION ELECTRIC POWER SERVICE AGREEMENT, THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 8th day of Jul between the SOUTHERN NEBRASKA RURAL PUBLIC POWER DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as the "DISTRICT" and Ethel Mae Greenwood the "OWNER ", , hereinafter referred to as a single person WITNESSETH: That the District agrees to supply and the Owner agrees to purchase from the Dis- trict under the terms and conditions set out below, the electric energy requirements for irrigation pumping on the following described premises: 1. Legal description of real estate for service: See attached Exhibit A incorporated herein by reference. 2. Name and address of Owner Mrs. Ethel Mae Greenwood 1821 West 17th Grand Island NE 68801 3. Name and address of Tenant 4. Initial billing H.P. 15 (Based on Nameplate H,P.), 5. Revised billing H.P. (Initial billing H.P. revised by letter attached and made a part of this Agreement. 6. Account /Well Number 11024 -2 I The Owner will abide by the District's Rules and Regulations and will pay for elec- tric service at the irrigation rates set by the Board of Directors of the District and as may be changed from time to time during the term of this Agreement. A copy of the District's current Irrigation Rates, Rules and Regulations, applicable to this Agree- ment are attached and made part of this Agreement. II District shall render bills on or about April 1, August 1, and October 1, or as otherwise stated in the appropriate rate schedule. Owner shall pay from the date thereof and in accordance with the District's published bills Regulations. If the bill is not paid when due the District may suspend the supply of electric energy or cancel this Agreement but neither action shall release the Owner from the obligation to pay for services furnished or from liability for damages caused by Owner's breach of this Agreement. III District agrees to extend its facilities to a mutually agreed upon delivery point on Owner's premises and to install apparatus necessary for the purpose of delivering and measuring the energy under this Agreement.
