Revised billing H.P. (Initial billing H.P. revised by letter attached and made a part of this Agreement. 6. Account/Well Number 10296 -2 The Owner will abide by the District's Rules and Regulations and will pay for elec- tric service at the irrigation rates set by the Board of Directors of the District and as may be changed from time to time during the term of this Agreement. A copy of the District's current irrigation Rates, Rules and Regulations, applicable to this Agree- ment are attached and made part of this Agreement. ' iZ District shall render bills on or about , � ril 1 August 1• and October 1, or as otherwise stated in the appropriate rate schedule. Owner shall pay bills within 10 days from the date thereof and in accordance with the District's published Rates. Rules and Regulations.
