<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority, formerly known as The Nebraska
<br />Mortgage Finance Fund, is Plaintiff, and Stephen B. Bixenmann and
<br />Donna J. Bixenmann, Husband and Wife, et al., are Defendants, the
<br />object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from the
<br />Defendants, Stephen B. Bixenmann and Donna J. Bixenmann, Husband
<br />and Wife, of the amount due the Plaintiff on a certain Deed of
<br />Trust executed by Stephen B. Bixenmann and Donna J. Bixenmann,
<br />Husband and Wife, to Five Points Bank dated August 7, 1980, and
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 80- 004120, and re- recorded on April 7,
<br />1981, as Document No. 81- 001708, which was assigned to The
<br />Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund on August 7, 1980, and recorded
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Document No. 80- 004120 on August 7, 1980, and re- recorded on
<br />April 7, 1981, as Document No. 81- 001708, which was again assign-
<br />ed to The Nebraska Investment Finance Fund on September 9, 1981,
<br />and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document No. 81- 004629 and re- recorded on
<br />September 14, 1981, as Document No. 81- 004689, wherein Stephen B.
<br />Bixenmann and Donna J. Bixenmann, Husband and Wife, conveyed to
<br />the Plaintiff as Beneficiary, the following described real estate
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Easterly Forty Two (42) Feet of Lot Seven (7), and
<br />the Westerly Ten (10) Feet of Lot Eight (8), in Block
<br />Twenty Nine (29), in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the Deed of Trust and to have the same
<br />declared a lien on the interest of Stephen B. Bixenmann and Donna
<br />J. Bixenmann, and the real estate and appurtenances thereto, to
<br />have the real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount
<br />so found due together with the costs of suit, and to foreclose
<br />the Defendants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim, de-
<br />mand, and equity of redemption whatever in and to the real estate
<br />and appurtenances thereto, together with such other and further
<br />relief as the Court may deem just and equitable.
