l 85-_, &8457 LOAN MODIFICATION AGREEMENT Whereas, The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, now Norwest Bank Grand Island, National Association loaned Victor Dale Suntych and Martha E.B. Suntych, Husband and Wife, the sum of Thirty -Five Thousand and 00 /100 Dollars ($35,000.00) evidenced by a note and a Trust Deed recorded as Document #84- 002891 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska; and Whereas, the parties hereto in consideration of the loan of Three Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($3,500.00) additional funds wish to revise the terms of payment of said indebtedness; Therefore, it'is agreed, that the unpaid balance of said indebtedness upon the date of this instrument is Thirty -Eight Thousand Eleven and 44/100 Dollars ($38,011.44) and the undersigned hereby promise to pay said indebtedness, with interest at the rate stated below, Four Hundred Twenty -Four and 46/100 Dollars ($424.46) per month, the next payment to be made on the first day of August, 1985, to be applied first to interest at the current rate of 12 per cent per annum, adjusted annually beginning February 1, 1986, as stated on the Adjustable Rate Note dated July 16, 1985, upon the unpaid balance of said indebtedness and the balance to principal until said indebtedness is paid in full. In all other respects said note and Trust Deed contract shall remain in full force and effect, and the undersigned promise to pay said indebtedness as herein stated and to perform all of the obligations of said Trust Deed contract, as herein revised. 1985.
