<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the District
<br />Court of Bali County, Nebraska, wherein Home Federal Savings and Loan Associ-
<br />ation is Plaintiff, and Webb Plaza Partnership, et al., are Defendants, the
<br />Object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from the Defendant, Webb
<br />Plaza Partnership, of the amount due the Plaintiff on certain Mortgages as
<br />follows: (a) A Mortgage filed on September 27, 1982, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 82- 004172, and
<br />(b) a certain Mortgage dated the 16 day of May 1983, and recorded in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, en May 16, 1983, as Instru-
<br />ment No, 83- 002443, wherein Webb Plaza Partnership, mortgaged and conveyed to
<br />Plaintiff, the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />A part of the Fast Half of the Northeast Quarter (E�NE?y) of
<br />Section Twelve (12), in Township Eleven (11), North, Range
<br />Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described
<br />as follows: Beginning at a point on the Section line, said
<br />Point being.Two Hundred (200) Feet South of the Northeast
<br />corner of said Section Twelve (12), running thence West and
<br />parallel to the worth Section line of said Section Twelve
<br />(12), a distance of Four Hundred Eighteen (418) Feet; running
