j 85-: 003435 EXTENSION AGREEMENT I /We, the undersigned borrowers, do hereby acknowledge that I /we are indebted to THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, as evidenced by said bank's note dated June 16, 1983 in the principal sum of $ 70,000.00 I /we further acknowledge that said note has this date been renewed or extended with the balance of said indebtedness, if not sooner paid, now due and payable on December 10 1985 To secure the payment of the above described note and the extension or renewal thereof, borrowers did on June .4, 1979 execute a real estate mortgage on the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, said mortgage being recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of said county as document number # 79- 003758 The Southwest Quarter (SW-14) of Section Twenty -two (22), in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except a tract deeded to the State of Nebraska by deed recorded in Book 85, at Page 10; subject to the right -of- way of the Grand Island and Wyoming Central Railroad Company 2 iA T That in consideration of said renewal or extension of the above described note, Borrowers do hereby acknowledge and agree that the above described mortgage is also extended to December 10, 1985 and that all agreements and provisions contained therein shall continue in full force and effect and that the real estate above described shall continue to secure said extension or renewal of the original note.
