Chody, husband and wife as TRUSTORS, whose address is 1517 <br />West Koenig, Grand Island, Nebraska; TICOR Title Insurance <br />Company in care of Larry Schager, President, P. O. Box 627, 207 <br />North Pine, Suite 100, Grand Island, Nebraska, as TRUSTEE, and <br />Emelia T. Kellogg Nicholas, whose address is P. O.
