<br />KNOW ALL NEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that, whereas, in an action in the Dis-
<br />trict Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of the State of Nebraska, within
<br />and for the County of Hall, wherein NEBRASKA MDRTGAC£ FINANCE FIND, Plaintiff,
<br />and MWEL J. STREETER and DEBBIE K. STREETER, Husband and Wife, et al.,
<br />Defendants, at the January 1984 A.D. Term of said Court, the NEBRASKA MORTGAGE
<br />FINANCE FWD did obtain a Decree finding that there is due from MICHAEL J.
<br />STREETER and DEBBIE K. STREETER, et al., to NEBRASKA MDRIGACE FINANCE FL�TD,
<br />the sun of Fbrty -Six Thousand Six Hundred Fifty -Four Dollars and Twenty-Eight
<br />Cents ($46,654.28), and costs of this suit taxed at $ an
<br />whereas, it was then and there further ordered in the said action that in
<br />default of the payment of the sum so found due by the said 14ICHAEL J. ST'ETER
<br />and DEBBIE K. STREETER, et al., that GjAFEM F. FAIRBANKS, Sheriff of said
<br />County of Hall, should cause the lands and tenements hereafter described to
<br />be advertised and sold according to law to pay tale same, and whereas, default
<br />raving made therein, the said CHARLES F. FAIRBANKS, Sheriff of said
<br />County, older and by virtue of the said Decree and the Order of Sale to him
<br />�Y directed, did on the 12th day of April, 1985, A.D., at the Courthouse
<br />in the City of Grand Island in said County of Hall, having first given due
<br />and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by publication once in
<br />each week for four consecutive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent,
<br />a
<br />said newspaper printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell
<br />premises at public auction to NEBRASKA ND drA(£ FINANCE FUND for the stun
<br />of Twenty -Six Tiousand Six Hundred Fifty -TWO Dollars and Forty -Eight Cents
<br />($26,652.48), which sale was afterward, at the January 1985 A.D. Term of said
<br />Court, examined and oonfirmed and the said CHARLES F. FAIMAS, as such
<br />Sheriff, ordered to convey the said premises in fee sirple to said NEBRASKA
<br />MOPa)aM£ FINANCE FLND.
<br />NOW, THEIEFURE, I, the said C11ARIS,S F. FAII�A�, the Sheriff of the
<br />County of Hall as aforesaid, in Consideration of the premises and by virtue
<br />of the powers vested in ne by la and the Decree of said Court, do hereby
<br />give, grant and convey, to the said NEBRASKA MORIGACE FINANCE F_ND and assigns,
<br />the premises so as aforesaid sold, to -wit:
<br />Iot Sixty -TWO (62) in West Heights Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska_
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said NEBRASKA MORTGAGE FINANCE
<br />FL)ND and assigns, and to them and their use and behoof forever.
