CARSON AND MARILYN M. <br />CARSON, designated <br />6 <br />are as Trustors- Borrowers, JOSEPH H. BADAMI is <br />designated as Trustee, and FIRST <br />7 <br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIA- <br />TION OF LINCOLN, a United States <br />8 <br />corporation, is designated as <br />Beneficiary- Lender. Said Deed <br />9 <br />of Trust was filed for record in <br />the Register of Deeds office of Hall county, Nebraska, <br />10 <br />on July <br />21, 1983, in Document No. 83- 003836. Said Deed of Trust grants <br />to Joseph H. Badami, <br />11 <br />Trustee, the Power of sale over the following <br />described property: <br />12 <br />13 <br />Lot Four (4), Block Two (2), in Westroads <br />Estates, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />14 <br />15 <br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, states that the said <br />Trustor- Borrowers have breached <br />16 <br />an obligation of said Deed of <br />Trust and accompany promissory note by failing to the <br />17 <br />pay monthly <br />installments of principal and interest of $1,086,00 for the <br />months of February, March, April, May, Jun- and July, 1985, as <br />18 <br />agreed upon in said promissory note. As a result of this breach, <br />said Trustee, Joseph H.
