85— oo333o , <br />JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED <br />THOMAS E. RHODES and PATRICIA ANNE RHODES, husband and wife, <br />herein called the Grantors, in consideration of love and affection <br />received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto THOMAS E. RHODES and PATRICIA ANNE RHODES, husband <br />and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as <br />tenants in common, herein called the Grantees, the following - <br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The South One -Half of the East One -Half <br />(S -iEk) of Lot Ten (10 ) of Vantine' s Sub - <br />division, located on part of the Northwest <br />Quarter (Nwh) of Section Twenty -Two (22), in <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) <br />West of the 6th P.m., in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging, unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the <br />heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br />Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that Grantors <br />are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from <br />encumbrance, except for a Deed of Trust filed as Document No. <br />84- 005643 in the amount of Thirty -Five Thousand and No /100 <br />Dollars ($35,000.00), where Arend R.
