<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That Kathleen M. Foster, single, GRANTOR, does hereby grant, bargin, sell,
<br />convey, and confirm unto
<br />NORWEST BANK GRAND ISLAND, N.A., fanerly The First National Bank
<br />of Grand Isalnd, Grand Island, Nebraska, GRANTEE, the following- described
<br />real estate:
<br />The Southerly Fifty -Five Feet (55') of Lot Thirteen
<br />(13) and the Northerly Twenty Feet (20') of Lot
<br />Fourteen (14) Wolfe's Subdivision in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all of the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the same
<br />belonging, and all. the estate, title, right of homestead, claim or demand, what-
<br />soever, of, in, or to the same, or any part thereof, in consideration of the
<br />full cancellation and satisfaction of the mortgage to The-First National Bank
<br />of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded Augsut 12, 1982, as Document
<br />No. 82- 003430, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantor having conveyed said real estate
<br />to the Grantee for a fair and adequate consideration, such consideration being
<br />full satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Mortgage of Larry H. Foster
<br />and Kathleen M. Foster, recorded as Document No. 82- 003430, together with can-
<br />cellation of the Promissory Note given by said parties with the above Mortgage.
<br />Grantor declares that this conveyance is freely and fairly made, and that there
<br />are no agreements, oral or written, other than this Deed between Grantor and
<br />Grantee, with respect to said real estate.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described real estate with the appurtenances
<br />thereto, unto the said Norwest Bank Grand Island, N.A., and its successors and
<br />assigns, forever, and the Grantor for herself and her heirs and assigns, hereby
<br />covenants with the Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that the
<br />Grantor is lawfully siezed of said promises; that the Grantor has good and
<br />lawful authority to convey the same; and that the Grantor warrants and will
<br />defend the title to said premises unto the said Grantee and its successors and
<br />assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
