Foster, single, GRANTOR, does hereby grant, bargin, sell, <br />convey, and confirm unto <br />NORWEST BANK GRAND ISLAND, N.A., fanerly The First National Bank <br />of Grand Isalnd, Grand Island, Nebraska, GRANTEE, the following- described <br />real estate: <br />The Southerly Fifty -Five Feet (55') of Lot Thirteen <br />(13) and the Northerly Twenty Feet (20') of Lot <br />Fourteen (14) Wolfe's Subdivision in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all of the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the same <br />belonging, and all. the estate, title, right of homestead, claim or demand, what- <br />soever, of, in, or to the same, or any part thereof, in consideration of the <br />full cancellation and satisfaction of the mortgage to The-First National Bank <br />of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded Augsut 12, 1982, as Document <br />No. 82- 003430, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantor having conveyed said real estate <br />to the Grantee for a fair and adequate consideration, such consideration being <br />full satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Mortgage of Larry H. Foster <br />and Kathleen M.
