Cave, Husband and Wife, <br />and after being first duly sworn upon their oath do state that on <br />March 6, 1980, they loaned $40,000.00 to Darold D. Runge and Sandra L. <br />Runge, Husband and Wife, as Tenants in Common, which .loan was secured <br />by a Mortgage dated the same date and filed with the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County on March 11, 1980, as Instrument No. 80- 001053, on the following <br />described real estate: <br />A tract of land comprising the Easterly Three Hundred <br />Sixty One and Five Tenths (361.5) feet of the Southerly <br />Three Hundred Sixty One and Five Tenths (361.5) feet of <br />the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SWI%SWI<) <br />of Section Thirty -six (36), Township Twelve (12) North, <br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, said tract containing 3.00 acres more or less. <br />The Aff.iants state that the Mortgage of record indicates that <br />this Mortgage was given from Donald D. Runge and Sandra L. Runge to <br />Edward J. Cave and Marion. E. Cave. The Mortgage instrument incorrectly <br />recites the name of Darold D. Runge as Donald R. Runge, and we do hereby <br />affirm upon our oath that the Mortgage was granted to i)arojd D. Runge <br />and Sandra L. Runge, Husband and Wife. <br />We do hereby further affirm and state that a separate financial <br />arrangement has been made for the payment of this Mortgage . Accordingly, <br />we do hereby release the Mortgage recorded as Instrument No. 80- 001053 in the <br />Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, against the above - described <br />real ebcate. <br />L <br />7 <br />
