LILIENTHAL, <br />each in his or her own right, herein called Grantor, in consideration of <br />One Dollar ($1,00) , receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants <br />and conveys unto the <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a <br />permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect, <br />maintain, repair, replace, extend, remove, skid operate thereon, electric power <br />lines, transformers, terminals, cables, surface markers, and other appurtenances <br />connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, across, underneath, and through a <br />sixteen (16.0) foot wide easement located in part of Lot Seven (7) of Section <br />Nine (9), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.H.; and Lots <br />One (1) and Two (2) of the County subdivision of Lots Five (5) and Six (6), <br />Section Nine (9), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th °.N_'., <br />and Lot One (1.), and the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest tluarter (NE�,NWJ,) <br />and the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Garter M.k,NEk) of Section Sixteen <br />(lb), Township Ten (10) liortii, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th f.it., Hall County, <br />Nebraska. The centerline of the easement being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section Nine (9); thence <br />North along the East line of said Section Nine (9) on an assumed <br />bearing of 1400001E, a distance of one thousand six hundred twenty <br />five and two - tenths (1,625.2) feet; thence S73043'W, a distance of <br />two hundred sixteen and eight - tenths (216.8) feet; thence S63039'1:', <br />a distance of four hundred thirty two and eight- tenths (432.8) feet <br />to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing S630391W, a <br />distance of eight hundred fifty one and one -tenth (851.1) feet; <br />thence S66023'W, a distance of one thousand one hundred sixty seven <br />and nine - tenths (1,167.9) feet; thence S78028'W, a distance of six <br />hundred six and six - tenths (606.6) feet.
