KONAT, <br />as SELLERS, and LIFE TABERNACLE CHURCH, INC., as BUYERS, that the <br />following described real property has been sold under a written install- <br />ment sale contract dated the 4 day of June, 1985. The property sold <br />under said contract is described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Five (5), Block Seventy -One (71), Original Town, now <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The Sellers have executed, acknowledged, and delivered a deed <br />conveying the real estate herein which deed is held in escrow by the <br />escrow agent, Lauritsen, Baker 6 Brownell, pursuant to the sale contract, <br />which provides that the Sellers retain a first lien on the real property <br />to secure fulfillment of the contract terms by the Buyers.
