<br />LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY
<br />KNOW ALL KEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That the undersigned, EDWARD J. KONAT and
<br />husband and wife, do hereby nominate, constitute, andY appoint
<br />THOMAS J. DOLTON, now residing in Grand Island, Nebraska, their
<br />true and lawful attorney in fact for us and in our name, place,
<br />and stead, and for our use and benefit, to deal with property
<br />described as Lots Five (5) and Six (6), in Block Seventy One
<br />(71), Original Town of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for
<br />us and in our name, to make, execute, and deliver, to bargain,
<br />contract, agree for, purchase, receive, and take, all or any
<br />interest in said property, to execute all deeds and other
<br />assurances, to sell and convey all and any interest in said real
<br />estate as we might do upon such terms and conditions and under
<br />such covenants as he shall think fit, specifically granting to
<br />our attorney in fact the right to sign, seal, execute, deliver,
<br />and acknowledge such deeds and such other instruments in writing
<br />of whatsoever kind and nature as may be necessary or proper in
<br />the premises.
<br />I further give my attorney in fact full power and authority
<br />to do and perform every act necessary, requisite or proper to be
<br />done in or about the premises as fully as I might or could do if
<br />personally present with full power of substitution and
<br />revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all my said attorney
<br />shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
<br />This Power of Attorney shall be effective on June 1, 1985,
<br />and shall terminate on June 1, 1986.
