85= 008184 <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />RALPH J. BISHOP and ELLEN IRENE BISHOP, husband and wife, <br />herein called the Grantors, in consideration of FORTY -EIGHT <br />THOUSAND AND NO 1100 DOLLARS ($48,000.00) received from Grantees, <br />do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto RONALD L. <br />WAGNER and BETTY WAGNER, husband and wife, as joint tenants with <br />right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, herein <br />called the Grantees, the following - described real estate in <br />Hall County, Nebraska: <br />All of Lot Seven (7), County Subdivision of <br />Lots Thirteen (13) and Sixteen (16) and Part <br />of Lots Eight (8), Eleven (11), Twelve (12) <br />and Fourteen (14) of the County Subdivision <br />of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter (SEkSW4) of Section Sixteen (16), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), <br />West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and its complement, being Lot Seven (7) and <br />the Westerly 13.2 feet of Lot Eight (8), Block <br />Eight (8), Arnold Place, An Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- described premises, together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the <br />heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br />And Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that <br />Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are <br />free from encumbrance; that they are conveyed subject to <br />covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements <br />of record; that Grantors have good right and lawful authority <br />to convey the same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend <br />the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all <br />persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event <br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee. <br />Dated: June -', h 1985. <br />i <br />j r <br />Ralp J.
