AFFIDAVIT <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />I, ERLINE VERNA SCHULTZ, being first duly sworn on my <br />oath, depose and say that I am a resident at 922 South Claussen <br />Avenue, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; that my husband, <br />Albert J. Schultz, Jr., died June 13, 1985, testate, and also <br />a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That no proceedings for probate of his Will nor ad- <br />ministration of his Estate has been commenced and none is <br />contemplated; that he left him surviving as his sole heirs -at- <br />law the following persons: This Affiant, his widow, and two <br />daughters -- Janet Wright and Susan Peters. <br />That this decedent left no property separately owned by <br />him at the time of his death. 'That whatever property he owned <br />or had an interest in at the time of his death was property <br />owned by him in joint tenancy with this Affiant. Included <br />among such jointly owned property is the following described <br />real estate: <br />Lot Six (6) in Block Four (4) in Claussen <br />Country View Subdivision, an Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That the total value of the taxable assets of the dece- <br />dent for Federal Estate Tax purposes did not approach nor exceed <br />$400,000 and no Federal Estate Tax Return will be filed herein <br />and there is no Federal Estate Tax due or owing herein. <br />Inasmuch as all property in which the decedent had an <br />interest at the time of his death, including the above described <br />real estate, was jointly owned by the decedent with his spouse, <br />this Affiant, no such property is subject to Nebraska Inheritance <br />Tax. <br />DATED this 2nd day of July, 1985. <br />ERLINE VERNA SCHULTZ, A xa <br />SUBSCRIBED and SWORN to before me the date first above <br />written. <br />A M" CL am <br />w#NA41Yr Notary Pub <br />My commission expires: February 4, 1988. <br />F <br />u <br />
