<br />named Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose
<br />real estate mortgages on the following described real estate:
<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SE;SWL) and the Southwest Quarter of the South-
<br />east Quarter (SWySE 0 of Section Eleven (11)
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Teri (10), West
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />AND
<br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter of-the
<br />Northwest Quarter (E�NEkNWk); the West Half
<br />of the Northeast Quarter MNEk); the South-
<br />east Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEkNEk);
<br />and the South Half of the Northeast Quarter

<br />given by the Defendants Luft, which mortgages were recorded
<br />April 8, 1966, in Book 140, Page 119, and on March 14, 1975,
<br />in Book 168, Page 269. The Plaintiff claims mortgagors Loel
<br />Luft and Sandra Luft owe $29,565.78 as of June 30 1985
<br />interest accruin plus
<br />g at $ 4. 67 per day on one mortgage, and $147,618.94
<br />as of June 30, 1985, plus interest accruln- at $50.35 per day
<br />on the other mortgage.
