<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Bankers' Funding
<br />Corporation is Plaintiff, and Marcos Paz and Dilcia Paz, Husband
<br />and Wife, et al., are Defendants, the object and prayer of which
<br />is to obtain an accounting from the Defendants, Marcos Paz and
<br />Dilcia Paz, Husband and Wife, of the amount due the Plaintiff on
<br />a certain Mortgage executed by Marcos Paz and Dilcia Paz, Husband
<br />and Wife, to Superior Mortgage, Inc., dated August 29, 1983, and
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 83- 004554, which was assigned to
<br />Bankers' Funding Corporation on June 19, 1985, and recorded in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 85- 002947 on June 20, 1985, wherein Marcos Paz and
<br />Dilcia Paz, Husband and Wife, conveyed to Plaintiff, or to the
<br />Pla Ntiff as Beneficiary, the following described real estate in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Two (2), in Block Nine (9), in Meves First Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the Mortgage and to have the same
<br />declared a lien on the interest of Marcos Paz and Dilcia Paz and
<br />the real estate and appurtenances thereto, to have the real
<br />estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found due
<br />together with the costs of suit, and to foreclose the Defendants
<br />of all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand, and equity of
<br />redemption whatever in and to the real estate and appurtenances
<br />thereto, together with such other and further relief as the Court
<br />may deem just and equitable.
