NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />BUGGYWHIP ANTIQUES, et al , <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the a2d'°" day of June, 1985, the <br />County of Hail, Nebraska, filed its petition in the above - entitled case in <br />the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, consisting of ten causes of <br />action against the defendants named in said petition concerning the real <br />estate in said petition concerning the real estate in said Causes of Action <br />as hereinafter set forth. <br />The object and prayer of each cause of action as set forth in said <br />petition, together with the subsequent taxes thereon, and the plaintiff <br />claims that there are due the respective amounts referred to in each cause <br />of action in said petition, and that each of said Tax Sale Certificates is <br />a first, paramount and superior lien on the respective real estate therein <br />described and prays for an accounting of the amount due and for sale of the <br />real estate hereafter described to satisfy the amount due for its lien from <br />the said Tax Sale Certificates and subsequent taxes with interest and costs. <br />The number of each cause of action, together with the description of <br />the real estate of each cause of action of said case as listed following, <br />said real estate all being in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Cause of Action Number 1: <br />Northerly Twenty -Two (22) Feet of the Southerly Forty -Four (44) Feet of Lot <br />Four (4) in Block Forty (40) in the Original Town, now City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />U <br />0 <br />
