TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed <br />executed by ROBERT L. BERRY and ELIZABETH BERRY, husband and <br />wife, to R. BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL <br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the <br />beneficiary named therein, dated February 8, 1984, and <br />February 14, 1984, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument dumber 84- 000740, has been paid, <br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NON, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in <br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the <br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through <br />said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as <br />to such premises; <br />Lot Seventeen (17), in Block Two (2), in <br />Replat of Riverside Acres, an Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and <br />appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this A_;o day of June, 1985, <br />Aren R.
