WARRANTY DEED <br />85--003030 <br />MITCHELL MEIER AND KIMBERLY MEIER, herein called the <br />Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum Of ONE AND <br />N01100 ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, received <br />from Grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto MITCHELL MEIER AND KIMBERLY MEIER, husband and <br />wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, the <br />following described real estate situated in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />Attached hereto and marked Exhibit "All is the real <br />estate description and survey. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, <br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging, unto the saiO Grantees and to their <br />heirs and assigns forever.
