Such d in <br />policy or policies shall name Sellers and <br />Buyers as insureds as their interest may appear, and Sellers <br />shall be provided with a Certificate of Insurance or duplicate <br />copy showing the insurance to be in full force and effect at all <br />times during the term of this Contract. <br />11. COVENANTS OF BUYERS. <br />follows: During the term of this Contract, Buyers agree as <br />A. Not to permit any act to be done which would <br />impair Sellers' security interest herein. <br />Buyers shall not permit any construct-ion <br />liens, mechanic's liens, or any other' en- <br />cumbrances to be imposed on the premises. <br />B. To pay all utility charges against the <br />premises before the same become delinquent; <br />C. To not permit waste on the property and the <br />improvements thereon; <br />D. To abide by all sanitary laws, health laws, <br />zoning requirements, animal ordinances, and <br />subdivision regulations in the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska. <br />12. IMPROVEMENTS. <br />Buyers agree not to make any structural alterations or <br />modifications which might weaken the buildings on the premises <br />without obtaining Sellers' written permission.
