NOTICE OF SALE. <br />Upon execution of this Contract, the parties agree to <br />execute a Notice of Land Contract which shall be recorded by the <br />Buyers at Buyers' expense. <br />14. MISCELLANEOUS. <br />All damage deposits held by Sellers shall be <br />transferred to Buyers at date Of Closing. All leases held by <br />Sellers shall be assigned to Buyers at date Of Closing. <br />Utilities shall be finally read and paid by Sellers or shall be <br />prorated to the date Of Closing. Seller agrees to assign a <br />certain Union Pacific Railroad lease to Buyers which Buyers agree <br />to assume. All cost of transfer shall be at the expense' of the <br />Seller. <br />THIS AGREEMENT contains the entire understanding of the <br />parties, and no modifications shall be effective unless in <br />writing and signed by the parties.
