SEVERANCE AGREEMENT ae <br />Ou-- -0029' 5 <br />The undersigned Owners, Frances L. Niedfelt Ballou, <br />Elizabeth L. Falmlen and Frances E. Niedfelt, and the under- <br />signed Tenants, Craig Falmlen and Elizabeth L. Falmlen, of <br />the real estate described herein do hereby agree as follows: <br />1. The real estate is: The West Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter (WhSE4) and the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter (SE4SE4) of Section Thirty -five (35), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. Tenants may install upon the real estate a Fukua <br />Northbrooke Mobile Nome and any other buildings or sheds or <br />other property of their choosing, all of which is hereinafter <br />referred to as "Tenants' Property ". <br />3. Tenants' Property shall be and remain the sole <br />property of Tenants and none of the undersigned as Owners of <br />the real estate shall have any right, title, claim or <br />interest therein or thereto. <br />4. Tenants' Property shall be separately assessed and <br />all personal property taxes thereon shall be paid by Tenant. <br />5. Regardless of whether or how any of Tenants' <br />Property is attached to the real estate, all of Tenants' <br />Property shall be and remain personal property. Tenants <br />shall have the right to remove Tenants' Property from the <br />real estate at any time; however, any damage done to the <br />real estate by reason of the -removal of Tenants' Property <br />shall be repaired by Tenants at their expense. <br />6. By signing this Severance Agreement as «�lner, <br />Elizabeth L. Falmlen does not give up any of the rights <br />herein granted to Tenants. <br />7. This Severance Agreement is binding upon the <br />undersigned and upon all persons claiming through the under- <br />signed and upon the real estate and anyone claiming any <br />right, title or interest thereon. <br />_j <br />_—r <br />Prances L.
