<br />SHERIFF'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that, whereas, in an action in the
<br />District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of the State of Nebraska,
<br />within and for the County of Hall, wherein OMAHA NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST
<br />COMPANY, Plaintiff, and CHARLES F. LA_NGE, COLLEEN E. LANGE, et al.,
<br />Defendants at the January 1st Term, A.D., 1985, of said Court, Omaha
<br />National Bank and Trust Company did obtain a decree finding that there
<br />is due from Charles F. Lange and Colleen E. Lange to Omaha National Bank
<br />and Trust Company the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY THREE
<br />AND 51/100 ($20,593.51) Dollars, and costs of suit taxed at
<br />dollars, and,
<br />WHEREAS, it was then and there further ordered in said action that in
<br />default of the payment of the sum so found due by said Charles F. Lange and
<br />g, Colleen E. Lange that Charles Fairbanks, Sheriff of said should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described ototbeoadvertised
<br />and sold according to law to pay the same, and,
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said Charles Fairbanks,
<br />Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the said decree and the
<br />order of sale to him duly directed, did on the 6th day of May A.D., 1985
<br />at the lower lobby of the County Courthouse in the City of Grand Island
<br />in said County of Hall, having first given due and legal notice of the time
<br />and place of said sale by publication once in each week for four successive
<br />weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper printed and in
<br />general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public
<br />auction to Omaha National Bank and Trust Company for the sum of SIX
<br />THOUSAND AND 00 /100 ($6,000.00) Dollars, which sale was afterward at the
<br />January 1st Term of said Court, A.D., 1985, examined and confirmed to con-
<br />vey the said premises in fee simple to the said Omaha National Bank and
<br />Trust Company.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Charles Fairbanks, Sheriff of the County
<br />of Hall as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the
<br />powers vested in me by law and the decree of said Court, do hereby give,
<br />grant and convey to the said Omaha National Bank and Trust Company heirs
<br />and assigns, the premises so as aforesaid sold, to -wits
<br />The South Forty -Nine (49) Feet of the West Thirty -Three
<br />and Six Tenths (33.6) Feet of Lots Two (2), Block
<br />Seventeen (11), Original Town of Grand Island
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME unto the said Omaha National Bank and
<br />Trust Company heirs and assigns, and to them and their use and behoof
<br />forever.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have, as such Sheriff, hereunto set my hand this
<br />FW day of June A.D., 1985.
