The Subdividers agree not to object to any <br />repaving district created in Custer Avenue. <br />2. WA-ter. Water is available in Custer Avenue and the <br />Subdividers agree to connect all structures in the <br />subdivision to such City water main. <br />3. Sanitary er. Sanitary sewer is available to <br />serve the subdivision, and the Subdividers agree to connect <br />the structures in the subdivision to the sanitary sewer <br />before applying for an occupancy permit on such structures. <br />4. Drai nacre. At the t i me of constructing any <br />structures on the lots in the subdivision, the Subdividers <br />agree to grade such lots so as to drain all storm water from <br />such lots to Custer Avenue. <br />5. Sidewalks. The Subdividers, if still the owners of <br />the land in the proposed subdivision, or if the Subdividers <br />shall have transferred title to the property, then the <br />various grantees thereof will install, at their expense, all <br />public sidewalks required by the Grand Island City Code when <br />the adjacent lot is built upon, and sidewalks shall be <br />regulated and required with the building permit for each such <br />lot. <br />b. Warranty. The undersigned owners, as Subdividers, <br />warrant that they are the owners in fee simple of the land <br />described and proposed to be known as STODDARD-- RITCHIE <br />K <br />U <br />L L J <br />L J <br />
