002888 <br />MUTUAL RELEASE BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER <br />This indenture entered into by and between Anthony C. <br />Scholz and Clara Rose Scholz, Husband and Wife, Sellers and <br />` Donald Leroy Scholz and Susan L. Scholz, Husband and Wife <br />L Buyers, <br />WHEREAS, differences have arisen between Anthony C. and <br />Clara Rose Scholz, as Sellers on the one part and Donald <br />Leroy and Susan L. Scholz, as Buyers on the other part, <br />subsequent to the signing of a certain contract of sale dated <br />April 16, 1980, notice of which was filed at the Hall County <br />Register of Deeds Office on May 7, 1980 and entered as <br />Document No. 80- 002022, covering the following described <br />property: <br />The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section <br />Twelve (12), Township Twelve (12) North, <br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />The first party does hereby release and forever <br />discharge the second party from any claims, actions or <br />demands which may have heretofore existed by reason of <br />execution of the above described contract. <br />And the second party does hereby release and forever <br />discharge the first party from any claims, actions or demands <br />which may have heretofore existed by reason of the execution <br />of the above described contract. <br />WITNESS that on the date hereof, each party has caused <br />the cancellation of the contract of sale and the delivery of <br />the Deed in Escrow to the Seller, said contract and deed <br />having been declared null and void and of no other effect. <br />L L <br />U <br />
