<br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having
<br />conveyed said real estate to the Grantee for a fair and adequate
<br />consideration, such consideration being full satisfaction of all
<br />obligations secured by the Mortgage and Trust Deed referred to
<br />herein, together with cancellation of the Promissory Notes given
<br />by Grantors with the above Mortgages.
<br />Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly
<br />made, and that there are no agreements, oral or written, other than
<br />this Deed between Grantors and Grantee, with respect to said real
<br />estate.

<br />0 HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- described real estate with the
<br />appurtenances thereto, unto the said Norwest Bank Grand Island, N.A.
<br />and its successors and assigns forever, attd the Grantors,
<br />selves and their heirs and assigns, hereby covenant with therGrantee
<br />and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that the Grantors ar
<br />lawfully seized of said premises; that the Grantors have e
<br />lawful authority to convey the same; and that the Grantors
<br />and will defend the title to said premises unto the said Grantee
<br />and its successors and assigns against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons whomsoever.
