<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Western
<br />Securities Company is Plaintiff, and Michael R. Schlachter and
<br />Priscilla A. Schlachter, husband and wife, et al., are Defend-
<br />ants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting
<br />from the Defendants, Michael R. Schlachter and Priscilla A.
<br />Schlachter, husband and wife, of the amount due the Plaintiff on
<br />a certain Mortgage executed by Michael R. Schlachter and
<br />Priscilla A. Schlachter, husband and wife, to Superior Mortgage,
<br />Inc. , dated May 22, 1981, and recorded in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 81-
<br />002656, on May 22, 1981, and assigned to BI Mortgage Company,
<br />Inc., on May 22, 1981, and recorded in the Offic- of the Re
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 81- 00271t

<br />May 28, 1981, and subsequently assigned to Western Securities
<br />Company on May 19, 1982, and filed in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 82- 002463, on
<br />June 21, 1982, wherein Michael R. Schlachter and Priscilla A.
<br />Schlachter, husband and wife, conveyed to Plaintiff, the follow-
<br />ing described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Seventeen (17), Jamson Subdivision, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to obtain a forecloEure of the Mortgage and to have the same
<br />declared a lien on the interest of Michael R. Schlachter and
<br />Priscilla A. Schlachter, husband and wife, and the real estate
<br />and appurtenances thereto, to have the real estate and appurten-
<br />ances sold to satisfy the amount so found due together with the
<br />costs of suit, and to foreclose the Defendants o all right,
<br />title, interest, lien, claim, demand, and equity of redemption
<br />whatever in and to the real estate and appurtenances thereto,
<br />together with such other and further relief as the Court may deem
<br />just and equitable.
