(hereinafter "Assingor ") the <br />undersigned, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar <br />and No /100 ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, <br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has sold and by <br />these presents does sell, assign and transfer unto Asset <br />Recovery Co.
