County, Nebraska, herein called <br />the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way <br />to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and <br />remove storm sewers, manholes, and other appurtenances, upon, <br />over, in, and through a tract of land located in the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE 1/4 SW 1/4) of Section <br />Four (4), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at a point six hundred sixty and five - tenths <br />(660.5) feet West of and thirty -three (33) feet North of the <br />Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter (SE 1/4 SE 1/4) of said Section Four (4); thence <br />northerly on a line parallel to the East line of said <br />Section Four (4) for a distance of two hundred seventy -seven <br />(277) feet to the South right -of -way line of the Burlington <br />Northern Railroad; thence westerly on the South right -of -way <br />line of Burlington Northern Railroad a distance of twenty - <br />one and two - tenths (21.2) feet, more or less; thence <br />southerly on a line to a point thirty -three (33) feet North <br />of the South line of said Section Four (4); thence easterly <br />on a line thirty -three (33) feet North of and parallel to <br />the South line of said Section Four (4) for a distance of <br />twenty (20) feet to the point, of beginning, containing 0.13 <br />acres, more or less, all as shown on the plat marked Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; <br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress <br />and egress under, over, and across such land for the purpose of <br />exercising the rights herein granted, to clear and keep clear of <br />U <br />
