<br />County, Nebraska, in an action entitled John Hancock Mutual Life Insur-
<br />ance Company, a Corporation, Plaintiff, vs. Bernard C. Harders, Rogene A.
<br />Harders, The United States of America, acting through Farmers Home
<br />Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, Robert Harders,
<br />and Delbert Harders, Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to
<br />obtain an accounting and foreclose a mort gage
<br />Bernard C. Harders and Rogene A. g 5 given by the Defendants,
<br />Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company, ddated January 31a 1978, recorded wife, to John
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, as Document No.
<br />78- 000671, on February 2, 1978, on the
<br />to -wit following described real estate,

<br />Nebraska, except the following described tract of land: Beginning
<br />at the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter
<br />running northerly along the east line of said Southeast) thence
<br />(SEk) a distance of three hundred seventy -two (327) feet; thence
<br />running westerly parallel. to the south line of said Southeast
<br />Quarter (SEk) a distance of nine hundred ninety-three
<br />(993) feet
<br />thence running southerly, parallel to the east line of said South-
<br />east Quarter (SEh) a distance of three hundred seventy -two (372)
<br />feet to a point on the south line of said Southeast Quarter (SEk);
<br />thence running easterly along the south line of said Southeast
<br />Quarter (SEh) a distance of nine hundred ninety -three (993) feet to
<br />the point of beginning,
<br />and to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same de-
<br />clared a lien upon the interest of Bernard C. Harders and Rogene A.
<br />Harders in said real estate, and appurtenances thereto, to have said real
<br />estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount
<br />gdther with the costs of suit to so found due, to-
<br />foreclose said Defendants of all right,
<br />title, and interest, lien, claim, or demand, and equity of redemption
<br />whatsoever in and to the said real estate and appurtenances
<br />together with such other and further relief as to the Court may seemrjust
<br />and equitable.
