<br />You are hereby notified that John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance
<br />Company, a corporation, Plaintiff, filed in the District Court of Valley
<br />County, Nebraska, in an action entitled John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance
<br />Company, a Corporation, Plaintiff, vs. Bernard C.
<br />Harders, The United States of America, acting through Farmers n Home
<br />Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, Robert Harders,
<br />Delbert Harders, and Martin Harders, a minor, Defendants, the object and
<br />prayer of which is to obtain an accounting and foreclose a mortgage given
<br />by the Defendants, Bernard C. Harders and Rogene A. Harders, husband and
<br />wife, to John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company, dated January 26,
<br />1977, recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, as
<br />Document No. 77- 000439, on January 26, 1977, on the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />Northeast Quarter (NE34-) of Section Five (5) and the South Half (S�) of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE q) and the Northeast Quarter (NE 4) of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SEk) of Section Sixteen (16), in Township Eleven (11) North, Ranq
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska e Eleven (1I),
<br />APT a tract of lard located in the East Half (E�) of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SEh) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the east line of said Section Sixteen (16), said point
<br />being 971.85 feet south of the northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter (SEk-);
<br />thence southerly along the east line of said Section Sixteen (16), a distance of
<br />627.0 feet; thence deflecting right 90 °00' and running westerly a distance of
<br />330.0 feet; thence northerly parallel to the east line of said Section Sixteen
<br />(16), a distance of 527.0 feet; thence deflecting right 90 000' and running
<br />easterly, a distance of 330.0 feet to the place of beginning, and containing
<br />4.750 acres, more or less,
<br />and to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same de-
<br />clared a lien upon the interest of Bernard C. Harders and Rogene A.
<br />Harders in said real estate, and appurtenances thereto, to have said real
<br />estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found due, to-
<br />gether with the costs of suit to foreclose said Defendants of all right,
<br />title, and interest, lien, claim, or demand, and equity of redemption
<br />whatsoever in and to the said real estate and appurtenances thereto,
<br />together with such other and further relief as to the Court may seem just
<br />and equitable.
