<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, John A. Wolf, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, as trustee under the Trust Deed dated December 31,
<br />1982, executed by Schuppan's Sale & Service, Inc., as trustor,
<br />in which the First National Bank of Grand Island is named as
<br />beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, which was recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as document #83- 000014, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, John A. Wolf, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, as trustee under the Corrective Trust Deed,
<br />dated December 31,. 1982, executed by Schuppan's Sale and
<br />Service, Inc., as trustor, in which the First National Bank
<br />of Grand Island is named as beneficiary and the undersigned,
<br />as trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as document #83- 000113,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, John A. Wolf, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, as trustee under the Corrective Trust Deed,
<br />dated December 31, 1982, executed by Schuppan's Sale and
<br />Service, Inc., as trustor, in which the First National Bank
<br />of Grand Island is named as beneficiary and the undersigned as
<br />trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as document #83- 000763,,'ias
<br />received from the First National Bank of Grand Island written
<br />request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Trust Deed and Corrective Trust Deeds referred to above have
<br />been fully paid, and that such Trust Deed, Corrective Trust
<br />Deeds, and the Promissory Note secured thereby have been
<br />surrendered for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUCH REQUEST and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed and Corrective Trust Deeds,
<br />the undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto,
<br />the estate now held by said trustee thereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, on .S- ,36
