85--,002731 <br />ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, CAMILLE GLAZE and <br />FRANCIS REDLER, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ESTATE OF JEAN A. <br />HENN, DECEASED, Estate No. P84-78, in the County Court of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, pursuant to the terms of the Decedent's Last <br />Will and Testament heretofore admitted to probate, do hereby <br />assign, transfer, and set over unto the GRAND ISLAND PUBLIC LIBRARY, <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, a certain Indenture of Mortgage dated <br />August 24, 1976, executed by Melvin W. Schwieger and Rita M. <br />Schwieger, husband and wife, in favor of Jean A. Henn, now deceased, <br />and conveying the following described real property: <br />Lot Two (2) in Block Thirteen (13) in H.G. 'Clark's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />which Mortgage was recorded in the records of said County on <br />August 24, 1976, as Document No. 76-004766, together with the <br />notes or obligations therein described, without recourse in any <br />event or for any cause, it being the intention of the undersigned <br />to transfer and set over that interest only in the above obligation <br />received by the undersigned as Personal Representatives of said <br />deceased Mortgagee's estate. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said assignee, its <br />successors or assigns, subject only to the provisions in said <br />Mortgage contained. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the assignors have hereunto subscribed <br />their names as Personal Representatives of the above Estate this <br />day Of June, 1985. <br />Personal Representatives Of the Estate <br />of Jean A.
