MEIER, husband and wife, <br />herein called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the <br />sum of ONE DOLLAR AND NO 1100 ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE <br />CONSIDERATION, received from Grantee, do hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto KIMBERLY MEIER, an <br />undivided one half (h) interest in the following described <br />real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A" is the real <br />estate description and survey. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, <br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to her heirs <br />and assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the said <br />Grantee and with her heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully <br />seized of said premises, that she is free from encumbrance, <br />except easements of record; and that we have good right and <br />lawful authority to sell the same; and we hereby covenant to <br />warrant and defend the title to said premises against the <br />lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
