<br />Johnson Land, a Division of Johnson Cashway Lumber Company of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, herein called Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) ,
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect,
<br />maintain, repair, replace, extend, remove, and operate thereon, underground
<br />electric utility lines, cables, transformers, terminals, surface markers, and
<br />all other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, over, above, along,
<br />across, underneath, and through a tract of land .located in part of the Northwest
<br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NWQ,NWI) of Section Seventeen (17), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; the centeriine of a ten (10.0) foot wide easement being
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot Twelve (12) of Colonial
<br />Estates Fifth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br />thence Northerly parallel with the Westerly right -of -way line of
<br />Kennedy Drive on an assumed bearing of 0100001'10 "E, a distance of
<br />one hundred seventy five (175.0) feet; thence 589037'25 "E and
<br />parallel with the North line of said Northwest Quarter (NWt4), a
<br />distance of ninety (90.0) feet; thence N73017'49 "E, a distance of
<br />sixty two and sixty -five hundredths (62.65) feet; thence
<br />S89 037'25 "E and parallel with the North line of said Northwest
<br />Quarter (NW4), a distance of one hundred twenty eight (128.0)
<br />feet, to the Northwest corner of Lot Six (6), Block Three (3),
<br />Colonial. Estates Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska; and
<br />An eight (8.0) foot wide easement, the East line thereof being
<br />more particularly described as: Beginning at the Northwest
<br />corner of Lot Six (6), Block Three (3), Colonial Estates
<br />Subdivision; thence 500001'10 "E along the West line of said
<br />Colonial Estates Subdivision, a distance of eighty four. (84.0)
<br />feet.
<br />The above said easements containing 0.1.24 acres, more or less
<br />as shown on the plat dated 4/15185, marked Exhibit "A ", attached
<br />hereto, and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights:
<br />Unrestricted ingress and egress underneath, above, across, and through the
<br />above described tract of Land for the purpose of exercisir; the rla;hts herein
<br />granted for such underground electric utility lines and nppurteuances.
