FRASIER, husband and wife, of Grand Island, Nebraska, herein called the Grantors, in consideration of 0,41,e 06/�ar t / '$/ , receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and convey unto the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement to construct, operate, maintain, repair, replace, and remove a public storm drainage system and associated components, upon and under a part of First Addition to Holcomb's Highway Homes Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 22 feet North of the Southwest corner of Lot 28 of First Addition to Holcomb's Highway Homes Subdivision; thence continuing northerly on the West line of said Lot 28 for a distance of 23 feet; thence right in a southeasterly direction on a line to a point two (2) feet East of and 30 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Lot 28; thence continuing South on a line two (2) feet East of and parallel to the West line of said Lot 28 for a distance of eight (8) feet; thence West on a line 22 feet North of and parallel to the South line of said Lot 28 for a distance of two (2) feet to the point of beginning, contain- ing 31 square feet, all as shown on the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; together with the rights of ingress and egress under and upon such land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, and other obstructions from the surface of such tract.
