FRASIER, husband and wife, <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, herein called the Grantors, in <br />consideration of 0,41,e 06/�ar t / '$/ <br />, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, hereby grant and convey unto the <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />a municipal corporation, in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called <br />the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement to construct, <br />operate, maintain, repair, replace, and remove a public storm <br />drainage system and associated components, upon and under a part <br />of First Addition to Holcomb's Highway Homes Subdivision in the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point 22 feet North of the Southwest corner <br />of Lot 28 of First Addition to Holcomb's Highway Homes <br />Subdivision; thence continuing northerly on the West line of <br />said Lot 28 for a distance of 23 feet; thence right in a <br />southeasterly direction on a line to a point two (2) feet <br />East of and 30 feet North of the Southwest corner of said <br />Lot 28; thence continuing South on a line two (2) feet East <br />of and parallel to the West line of said Lot 28 for a <br />distance of eight (8) feet; thence West on a line 22 feet <br />North of and parallel to the South line of said Lot 28 for a <br />distance of two (2) feet to the point of beginning, contain- <br />ing 31 square feet, all as shown on the plat marked Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; <br />together with the rights of ingress and egress under and upon <br />such land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein <br />granted, to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, and <br />other obstructions from the surface of such tract.
