<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that CHRIS E. HEPBURN and
<br />KATHERINE HEPBURN, husband and wife, do hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey, and confirm to NORWEST BANK GRAND ISLAND, N.A., formerly
<br />The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />the following - described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Twenty -One (21), Bishop Heights
<br />Third Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />together with all of the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
<br />to the same belonging, and all the estate, title, right of homestead,
<br />claim or demand, whatsoever, of, in or to the same, or any part
<br />thereof, in consideration of the full cancellation and satisfaction
<br />of the mortgage to Norwest Bank Grand Island, N.A., formerly The
<br />First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, filed
<br />December 10, 1980 as Document No. 80- 007170 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having
<br />sold said real estate to the Grantee for a fair and adequate con -
<br />sideration, such consideration being full satisfaction of all obli-
<br />gations secured by the mortgage of Grantors recorded as Document
<br />No. 80- 007170 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, together with the cancellation of the Promissory Note
<br />given by Grantors on even date with the above Mortgage.
<br />Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly
<br />made, and that there are no agreements, oral or written, other than
<br />this Deed between Grantors and Grantee, with respect to said real
<br />estate.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- described real estate with
<br />the appurtenances thereto, unto the said Norwest Bank Grand Island,
<br />N.A., formerly The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, and its successors and assigns forever, and the Grantors,
<br />for themselves, their heirs and assigns, hereby covenant with the
<br />Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that the Grantors
<br />are lawfully seized of said premises; that the Grantors have good
<br />and lawful authority to convey the same; and that the Grantors
<br />warrant and will defend the title to said premises unto the said
<br />Norwest Bank Grand Island, N.A., formerly The First National Bank
<br />of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, and its successors and
<br />assigns, against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
