SCHREINER, husband and <br />wife, each in their own right and as spouse of the other, herein <br />called the Grantors, in consideration of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY -SEVEN <br />THOUSAND AND N01100 DOLLARS ($127,000.00) received from Grantees, <br />do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto JOSEPH j. <br />VAVRICEK and JANET R.
