She resides at 4304 Blauvelt Road, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska. <br />2. She is the widow of Harold C. Kyhn, who died May 11, <br />1985. He was a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, at the time <br />of his death. <br />3. Harold C. Kyhn was survived by your Affiant, his <br />wife, and two children, David Kyhn and Lisa Kyhn. The four <br />` of them resided at 4304 Blauvelt Road, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />4. Harold C. Kyhn left no property separately owned <br />by him. All property in which he had an interest at the <br />time of his death was jointly owned by him with this Affiant, <br />his wife, Joan Kyhn. included among such jointly -owned pro - <br />perty is the following - described real estate: <br />Lot Eleven (11) in Blauvelt Subdivision <br />in Hall. County, Nebraska, commonly known <br />as 4304 Blauvelt Road, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska. <br />5. 'The total value of all assets included jointly - <br />owned property and life insurance, and for Federal Estate Tax <br />computations is less than $400,000. No Federal Estate Tax <br />Return is required, and there is no Federal Estate Tax owing <br />by the estate of Harold C. Kyhn, deceased. <br />6. All taxable property for Nebraska Inheritance Tax <br />Purposes, passed to this Affiant, Joan Kyhn, widow of Harold <br />C. Kyhn, deceased. All such property is exempt from Nebraska <br />Inheritance Tax.
