<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Federal National
<br />Mortgage Association is Plaintiff, and Robert K. McFarland and
<br />Kathleen L. McFarland, Husband and Wife, and Marcia A. McFarland,
<br />a single person, et al., are Defendants, the object and prayer of
<br />which is to obtain an accounting from the Defendants, Robert K.
<br />McFarland, Kathleen L. McFarland, and Marcia A. McFarland, of the
<br />amount due the Plaintiff on a certain Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Robert K. McFarland, Kathleen L. McFarland and Marcia A.
<br />McFarland, to Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, Trustee, and
<br />Superior Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, dated February 10, 1984,
<br />and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document No. 84-000744, which was assigned
<br />to Federal National Mortgage Association on February 13, 1984,
<br />and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document No. 84- 000970 on February 27, 1984,
<br />wherein Robert K. McFarland and Kathleen L. McFarland, Husband
<br />and Wife, and Marcia A. McFarland, a single person, conveyed to
<br />the Plaintiff as Beneficiary, the following described real estate
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot One (1), in Block Two (2), in West Bel Air Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the Deed of Trust and to have the same
<br />declared a lien on the interest of Robert K. McFarland, Kathleen
<br />L. McFarland, and Marcia A. McFarland, and the real estate and
<br />appurtenances thereto, to have the real estate and appurtenances
<br />sold to satisfy the amount so found due together with the costs
<br />of suit, and to foreclose the Defendants of all right, title, in-
<br />terest, lien, claim, demand, and equity of redemption whatever in
<br />and to the real estate and appurtenances thereto, together with
<br />such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and
<br />equitable.
