<br />1985, by Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, in accordance with the Procedure set forth in a certain Deed of Trust and promissory note dated
<br />May 12, 1980, wherein VERNON D. REGIER AND DEBRA J. REGIER, are
<br />designated as Trustors- Borrowers, JOSEPH H. BADAMI is designated
<br />as Trustee, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />LINCOLN, a United States corporation, is designated as Beneficiary -
<br />Lender. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record in the Register
<br />Of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 12, 1980, in
<br />Document No. 80- 002115. Said Deed of Trust grants to Joseph H.
<br />Badami, Trustee, the power of sale over the following described
<br />property;
<br />Lot. Thirteen (13), in Argo Third Subdivision,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, in the Village of Alda.
<br />That on the 12th day of May, 1980, a Assignment of Deed
<br />of Trust was executed by the Beneficiary- Lender, assigning and
<br />transferring over to the Assignee, Nebraska P'or.tgage Finance
<br />Fund, now known as NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHOpITY, all
<br />right, title and interest in and to the above described Deed of
<br />Trust. The Assignment of Deed of Trust is recorded in Document
<br />No. 80- 002115 of the mortgage records of the Register of Deed,
<br />Ball county, Nebraska.
<br />Further . Joseph H, Badami, Trustee, states that the said
<br />Trustors- Borrowers have breached an obligation of said ?deed of
<br />"rust and accompany Promissory note by failing to pay the monthly
