Water Main District No. 456T in the City of Grand Island, <br /> <br />Nebraska, is hereby created for the laying of twenty (20.0) inch water mains with its <br /> <br />appurtenances along Old Potash Highway - Engleman Road East 643 Feet and along Engleman <br /> <br />Road from Old Potash to 13th Street in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
