��..: 002379 <br />ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT RIGHTS <br />THIS ASSIGNMENT is made and entered into this 13 #h day <br />Of May , 1985, by and between Commerc al <br />Savings Company of Grand Island, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Assignor," and Omaha National Bank, A National Banking <br />Association, hereinafter referred to as "Assignee." <br />Assignor is the owner of certain contractual rights in <br />the following- described real estate: <br />Lot Two (2) and Lot Three (3) in fractional <br />Block Eight (8) in Ashton Place, an addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />On the 3rd day of February, 1983, Assignor entered into <br />an "Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate" for the <br />installment sale of the above - described property to Robert A. <br />Noden and Rosella M. Noden, husband and wife. A copy of said <br />"Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate" is attached <br />hereto, marked Exhibit "A," and made a part hereof. <br />The Assignor, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and <br />other valuable consideration to it in hand paid by Assignee, <br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set <br />over unto the said Assignee, its successors and assigns <br />forever, all of its right, title and interest in and to the <br />above - described Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real <br />Estate, Exhibit "A." <br />ASSIGNOR: <br />COMMERCIAL SAVINGS COMPANY <br />OF GRAND ISLAND <br />TITLE 71'1 <br />L <br />
