WAMPLER, of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, and State of Nebraska, in consideration of <br />the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) in hand paid, do <br />hereby SELL and CONVEY unto EUNICE D. HOPKINS, an unremarried <br />widow of Grand Island, Hall County, State of Nebraska, the <br />following described premises situated in Hall County, and State <br />of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot Five (5) and the South Seventy -sir. and One - <br />Half Feet (S 76 112') of Lot Four (4) of Riverside <br />Farm Subdivision, of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) <br />Section Twenty -nine.
