<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT we, WILLIAM L. VANSANT, JR. AND
<br />BEVERLY J. VANSANT, husband and wife, of the county of Ventura, State
<br />of California, have agreed to give up and surrender the lands hereinafter
<br />described in lieu of a foreclosure, as security for the amount of
<br />money remaining unpaid on said mortgage, do hereby sell and convey
<br />unto FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF LINCOLN, a United
<br />States Corporation, its successors and assigns, for and in consideration
<br />of the sum of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), and other valuable
<br />consideration, the following described premises, to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Lake Davis Acres
<br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging, free and clear of
<br />all encumbrances except a first mortgage in favor of First federal
<br />Savings and Loan Association of Lincoln, Lincoln, Nebraska, in the
<br />principal sum of Sixty -five Thousand Six Hundred and No /100 Dollars
<br />($65,600.00), dated September 20, 1982 and filed for record September
<br />20, 1982, in Document No. 82- 004045, of the ""ortgage Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and easements and restrictions of record, and do
<br />covenant to warrant and defend the said premises against any act of
<br />said grantors or any other person claiming through or under it. "'he
<br />grantee hereby releases and discharges any and al.l liens and claims
<br />under and by virtue of the mortgage aforesaid for a deficiency judgment.
<br />The grantors further covenant that this conveyance is and does constitute
<br />an absolute conveyance of title to the premises to the grantee herein
<br />in effect as well as form, and is not intended as a mortgage, trust
<br />conveyance, or as security of any kind and that possession of the
<br />premises is delivered concurrently herewith. And the said grantors
<br />hereby relinquish all right, title, interest and all equity of redemption
<br />in and to the above described premises.
