Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />Lot 7, Westgate Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska <br />This real estate is conveyed for the purpose of correcting a prior deed <br />wherein Grantor conveyed to Grantee Lots 8 and 9, Westgate Subdivision, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, in which deed the parties hereto intended, but failed to <br />convey said Lot 7. The real estate herein conveyed shall be subject to the <br />terms of that certain Indenture of Trust, dated March 1, 1982, between the <br />Grantee herein and the National Bank of Commerce Trust and Savings Association, <br />successor Trustee to The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, and all <br />other documents pertaining to the County of Hall, Industrial Development <br />Revenue Bond, Series 1982 (Real Estate Dynamics, Ltd.
