GOULD, being first: duly sworn on her oath, <br />deposes and says that she resides at 220 West Ninth Street, <br />Grand Island, Nebraska; that she was the wife of Clarence J. <br />Gould, who died on the 99th day of May, 1985 in Grand Island, <br />Nebraska; that at the time of his death he was also a resident <br />at 220 West Ninth Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That all assets of his estate were owned in joint tenancy <br />by him and with this Affiant, his surviving spouse. As such, <br />these assets were exempt from Federal Estate Tax and Nebraska <br />Inheritance Tax.
